$50mth. or $15drop in. (Seasonal)

We will work once per week on stretching, toning, jumps, voice
projection etc...
Now accepting School squads!!!
Adult House of Pain Class-
$15 drop in or $45 per month 1 class per week.
$55 per month for 2 classes per week.

more active? Would you like to be more healthy and stronger?~
If you answered yes to any of the above then come get TONED with us!!!

House of Pain class is one hour several times per month and
includes a variety of Yoga, Pilates, Step Aerobics, Kick Boxing,
Extreme Stretching,Cardio via Hip Hop Dance etc..
An intense abdominal workout with every class!
You will leave feeling weak but wake up feeling great!
